This Asolo Prosecco DOCG "Pietra Fine" was born from our vineyard located in Possagno (TV), near the Antonio Canova Temple. After the selection of the best bunches, the grapes are cooled for 18-24 hours at 8°C; the result is a wine of strong character and personality. The second fermentation occurs in pressure tank (Metodo Martinotti) where the wine rests on the lees for about 9 months, before bottling.
The peculiarity of the vineyard and the wine-making method make this "Pietra Fine" Asolo DOCG Zero Dosage a classy prosecco, which can be enjoyed with the whole meal and as meditation wine.
It should be served at 8-10 °C.
