“Costa degli Angeli” Manzoni Bianco is created from company vineyard cultivated in the Montello district; this noble varietal wine takes its name from the illustrious doctor Manzoni (the creator of this variety in the beginning of ‘900). The Manzoni Bianco variety born by crossing flowers of Pinot Blanc and Riesling Renano. The grapes obtained are processed with both the cold maceration technique and a type of vinification and conservation called “in reduction”. Thus, COSTA DEGLI ANGELI is created a Manzoni White that has an important aromatic and savory profile, with prevalently fruited and mineral notes. This wine is great throughout the meal, both with fish dishes and white meat.
It should be served at temperatures of 10-12 °C.
